Vertically integrated, ground-up design of RxSafe's high-speed strip pouch medication packager. Responsible for nearly all software design and development, and co-led mechanical design. Invented the patented machine vision technique for pill detection and classification inside sealed pouches.

Led all machine vision design and nearly all software development for RxSafe's blister card packaging system. Designed pill detection, counting, and verification systems from scratch, enabling pharmacies to produce patient-adherence blister packs at production scale.
Patented machine vision techniqueRxSafe 1800 — Robotic storage & retrieval system
Software design and machine control integration for RxSafe's flagship robotic pharmacy tower — storing up to 1,800 stock bottles with item-level tracking by NDC, lot number, expiration date, and serial number. Processing over 120 prescriptions per hour with a single operator.
